Service Description
The Climb helps you bridge the gap. Whatever you do don't stop just because you're pregnant! Staying active is beneficial to you and baby, more ways than one. To stay active its important to be educated, confident, and safe and the class will give you just that! This class will guide you through diaphragmatic breathing, pairing it with deep core connection, and then applying it to your daily movement. All while preparing you mentally, physically, and emotionally for labor. You will learn important birthing positions and specific breathing techniques for each stage of pregnancy YES, labor can be a little easier and more pleasurable with consistent practice. Ultimately, its your choice-choose your movement because its what you ENJOY. Lets MOVE momma! *warning-you will gain sisterhood, laughter, and positive energy.
